Sheri has worked in the dental field since 2005, including Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, General Dentistry and Orthodontics. Her experience includes both front office management and assisting patients chair-side. She is very excited to be a part of the Farr West Orthodontic team. Sheri loves interacting with patients, showing off before and after pictures and helping to make braces affordable for everyone. When she’s not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, kids and dogs. She enjoys mountain biking and hiking Utah, watching their boys play baseball, growing giant pumpkins and sunflowers, backyard barbecuing, and watching movies with her family.

Alysha was born and raised in Tremonton, Utah and she still lives there today. She was trained at Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School (NUOA) and has worked at Farr West Orthodontics since February 2019. Alysha enjoys talking to and getting to know her patients. She also loves to watch how smiles transform after orthodontic treatment. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors with her husband and 3 kids. They enjoy camping, fishing and working cattle on her family farm.

Tai was trained at Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School (NUOA) and has been an assistant for 4 years. She has worked at Farr West Ortho since January 2023 and loves her job and working with kids. She is married and has 2 Labrador dogs named Anna and Bandit. Tai loves camping, hunting, reading, chicken noodle casserole and soda. Tai has so much positive energy and brings a lot of fun into our office.

Originally from La Grande, Oregon, Chelsea now lives in west Bountiful and has worked at Farr West Orthodontics since January 2015. She was trained as an orthodontic assistant at Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School (NUOA). She enjoys working at Farr West Orthodontics because of the fun, open-chair work environment. It is very rewarding for her to be able to help people and adapt to the variety of patients she sees. In her free time, Chelsea loves ranch work, horses, camping, and hunting.

She is always happy to get to know the wonderful patients and see their smiles transform. When she has free time, Shannon loves to spend time with her husband and two boys camping, hiking, and biking outdoors or reading a good book.

We love Dr Richards and all of his staff they are always absolutely amazing they are always happy and great with my kids. We are just finishing up with one kid's braces and starting the second one He helped my youngest starting at age 5 to make sure she had enough room for her teeth to come in . He helped save my older sons teeth after accident. So he has technically helped with 4 of my kids. On a scale from 1-10 the whole office is a 12.

We have loved Farr West Orthodontist!! They have the best staff. From the moment you walk in the office staff is friendly and helpful. Each of the orthodontist assistants make my kids feel at ease and are so kind. Dr. Richards has been fantastic!! He is realistic, straightforward, and works well with the kids and his staff. I had three kids all with braces here and I would highly recommend this office to everyone!!
